Validation of qualitative analysis methods for product property assessment
Abstract
Рассмотрены перспективы применения экспертных оценок в промышленности на современном этапе развития. Рассмотрена проблема достоверности качественных экспертных оценок. Приведены результаты анализа основных этапов и методов, которые используются при оценивании свойств объекта. Выдвинута гипотеза о основном источнике потерь достоверности качественного экспертного оценивания и предложена концепция решения проблемы.

The prospects of applying expert assessments in industry at the contemporary stage of development are discussed. The issue of the reliability of qualitative expert assessments is examined. The results of the analysis of the main stages and methods used in assessing the properties of the object are presented. A hypothesis about the main source of reliability losses in qualitative expert assessment is put forward, and a concept for solving this problem is proposed.
