Abstract
Статья исследует концептуальные основы рынка научно-технической продукции и выделяет ряд характерных особенностей этого сегмента товарного рынка. Приводятся предпосылки и факторы, которые создают благоприятную среду для формирования общего рынка. Обосновывается ценность научно-технической продукции через трансформацию в объекты промышленной собственности. Оценивается потенциал Республики Беларусь, изучается мировой опыт и даются рекомендации по развития общего рынка НТП.

The article explores the conceptual foundations of the scientific and technical products market and highlights a number of characteristic features of this segment of the commodity market. The prerequisites and factors that create a favorable environment for the formation of a common market are given. The value of scientific and technical products is substantiated through the transformation into objects of industrial property. The potential of the Republic of Belarus is assessed, world experience is studied and recommendations are given for the development of a scientific and technological common market.
