Abstract
В статье изложен белорусский опыт возведения рабочих поселков в период с 1944 г. до конца 1980-х гг. Выявление особенностей проектирования, строительства и трансформации рабочих поселков на каждом из этапов развития является основополагающим фактором для оценки современного состояния этих поселений и определения их будущего существования.

The basis for assessing the current state and further.The article describes the Belarusian experience in the construction of workers settlements in the period from 1944 to the late 1980s. Revealing the features of designing, building and transforming workers settlements at each stage of their development is a fundamental factor for assessing the current state of these settlements and determining their future existence.
