Abstract
Статья посвящена исследованию феномена «международное научно-техническое сотрудничество» как важного элемента международных экономических отношений, способствующего увеличению инновационной составляющей экономического роста. Проведен критический анализ определений отдельных авторов и подходов ООН к оценке роли и значения международного научно-технического сотрудничества для мирового сообщества, выявлены современные особенности сотрудничества на основании чего обоснованы тенденции развития мирового технологического рынка.

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of “international scientific and technical cooperation” as an important element of international economic relations, contributing to an increase in the innovative component of economic growth. A critical analysis of the author's definitions and approaches of the UN to assess the role and importance of international scientific and technical cooperation for the world community has been carried out, modern features of cooperation have been identified, on the basis of which the trends in the development of the world technological market have been substantiated.
