Abstract
В статье изложены методические аспекты и интерпретация системы показателей эффективности технологической конвергенции инвестиционного, производственного, финансового, логистического, маркетингового развития межстранового бизнеса. Авторами предложены рекомендации по обоснованию и количественному измерению не только фиксированных, но и динамических величин ключевых индикаторов эффективности технологической конвергенции взаимодействия фундаментальных факторов (инвестиций, предпринимательской деятельности, менеджмента) и результатов межстранового бизнеса.

The article presents the methodological aspects and interpretation of the system of indicators of the effectiveness of technological convergence of investment, production, financial, logistics, marketing development of cross-country business. The authors propose recommendations for substantiating and quantifying not only fixed, but also dynamic values of key indicators of the effectiveness of technological convergence of the interaction of fundamental factors (investment, entrepreneurial activity, management) and the results of crosscountry business.
