Abstract
Due to the ongoing pandemic and the presence expanded research in health care and medical professionals covers active research and acceleration of public services, as well as patient diagnosis using information technology. More and more in medical practice, expert systems are used, which refer to specialists in making a diagnosis and choosing a treatment. The development of expert systems is based on machine learning algorithms. To carry out the development allowing the doctora dentist to make a diagnosis on a panoramic x-ray of teeth in case of a jaw injury, we decided to use neural networks, namely the architecture of convolutional neural networks. The proposed project reveals the solution to the problem of accelerating and improving the accuracy of diagnosis based on a panoramic image of the teeth after a person has received injuries.The aim of the project is to create an intelligent system based on convolutional neural network for medical diagnosis. At this stage, the neural network itself has been developed and the data sets have been sorted. The subsequent stages will include the development of the shell and interface of the application, as well as testing. Rapid diagnosis helps reduce the number of additional medical research and financial costs, as well as improve the quality and efficiency of medical public services.
