О проблемах развития цифровой экономики в Беларуси и мерах их решения

Abstract

The development of modern information technologies and the Internet has given rise to a new form of economic development – the digital economy, in which new technologies, industries, producers and consumers are closely integrated. As a new form of economic development, the digital economy requires a good market order as a foundation. Based on the analysis of the importance of the digital economy for the country, the problems that Belarus faces in the development of the digital economy are specified, and appropriate guidelines are put forward for solving these problems. The digital economy can gradually become the driving force behind the economic development of Belarus.
