Abstract
Over the past few years, the opinion has been increasingly expressed that the current model of the Internet is morally outdated and requires revision: corporations greedily collect user data, censor and know more about users than their closest relatives. Opinion leaders and industry leaders offer their ideas on the formation of Web 3.0 and talk about how to make the Web better and safer.
