Abstract
The main methods of managerial decision-making have been studied. Five main types of models for the modeling method are defined. It was revealed that expert assessment methods are used to predict future events if there are no statistical data or they are insufficient. The methods of substantiating the decision are used comprehensively. This is determined by the presence of formal and informal factors that create the situation. These factors must be taken into account when making the final decision.
