The concept of «Net-zero» buildings. The impact of BIM–technology on their design
Abstract
В работе описана концепция зданий с «нулевым» выбросом углекислого газа в окружающую среду (далее, «Net–Zero» здания), их основные термины, способы и примеры реализации в различных точках Земли. Также, рассмотрены преимущества проектирования таких зданий с использованием bim–технологии и обзор на государственные программы по внедрению «Net–Zero» зданий в Республике Беларусь и за рубежом.

The paper describes the concept of buildings with «zero» carbon dioxide emissions into the environment (hereinafter, «Net-Zero» buildings), their basic terms, methods and examples of implemen-tation in various parts of the Earth. Also, the advantages of designing such buildings using BIM tech-nology and an overview of the state programs for the implementation of «Net–Zero» buildings in the Republic of Belarus and abroad are considered.
