Abstract
Рассмотрены основные этапы жизненного цикла СМК. Приведен анализ целей и задач, решаемых на этапах разработки и применения СМК. Рассмотрен комплекс функциональных подсистем, необходимых СМК. Приведены результаты анализа функциональной подсистемы сбора и анализа данных, выявлены ключевые функции и определены целевые показатели. С учетом структурной неоднородности выявлена необходимость представления подсистемы сбора и анализа данных в виде двух контуров (локальный и общий). Определены задачи по разработке комплексной методики организации эффективной системы сбора и анализа данных СМК организации на стадии применения.
Abstract in another language
The main stages of the life cycle of the QMS are considered. The analysis of objectives and tasks to be solved at the stages of development and application of QMS. The complex of functional subsystems required by the QMS is considered. The results of the analysis of the functional subsystem of data collection and analysis are presented, the key functions and the target indicators are defined. Taking into account the structure variety of data collection and analysis system the necessity of data collection and analysis system presentation in the form of two concepts (local and general) is determined. Tasks to develop a complex methodology for the organization of an effective system of data collection and analysis of the QMS of the organization are defined at the stage of implementation.
