Abstract
Представлен анализ характеристик транспортной системы Минска с учетом модернизации автоматизированной системы управления дорожным движением города. Показана необходимость создания целостной интеллектуальной транспортной системы страны. На основе полученных результатов разработаны технологические требования к функционированию целостной системы, которые касаются уровня эффективности и уровня аварийности на участках улично-дорожной сети, входящие в создаваемую систему.
Abstract in another language
An analysis of the characteristics of the transport system in Minsk taking into account the modernization of the automated traffic management system of the city is presented. On the basis of the results obtained, technological requirements for the functioning of an integrated system have been developed that relate to the level of efficiency, including accidents at the sections of the road and road network that are part of the system being created. In the future, it is planned to create an integrated intellectual transport system of the country.
