Towards integral architecture: the experience of forming public buildings in southwestern China
Abstract
В статье исследуется опыт развития интеграционных процессов в архитектуре юго-запада Китая. В связи с быстрым инновационным обновлением строительной отрасли возникают очевидные различия между архитектурой новых зданий и местных традиционных зданий. Предлагается применять интегральные архитектурные решения и целостно рассматривать различные элементы и формы зданий, что помогает сохранить и традиционные характеристики местной архитектуры.

The development of the overall architecture in China is studied. With the rapid update of building materials and building technology, there are obvious differences between new buildings and local traditional buil-dings. It is necessary to adopt a holistic construction method, and consider various elements of architectural design as a whole, which helps to maintain the local traditional characteristics of the building.
