Abstract
Строительство во все времена было одной из самых важных отраслей в промышленности и в жизни людей. Более того, любое строительство является энергоемким и затратным процессом, стоимость которого напрямую зависит от правильности применяемых управленческих и проектных решений. Именно поэтому руководителям строительных организаций постоянно приходится решать задачу по снижению себестоимости строительства, ведь только так можно добиться действительно качественных результатов, которые в то же время будут доступны потребителям. Для выполнения этой задачи и для приведения строительного комплекса в соответствие с реалиями современности правительством Беларуси разработана и принята концепция развития строительства с применением BIM-технологий.

At all times, construction has been one of the most important industries in people’s lives. Any construction is an energy-intensive and costly process. The cost of construction depends on the correctness of the applied management and engineering decisions. Therefore, the heads of construction organizations are constantly solving tasks to reduce the cost of construction work. This allows you to achieve a high-quality result, which at the same time will be available to the consumer. To solve this problem and bring the construction complex in line with the realities of our time, the government of the Republic of Belarus has developed and adopted the concept for the development of construction using BIM technologies. In this article the authors reviewed the current state of BIM technologies in construction, as well as the obstacles to the implementation of BIM technologies and ways to overcome them.
