Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the possibility of using asphalt concrete mixtures as a filler for chemical water treatment (water treatment) waste at combined heat and power plants − blowing sludge. The conditions and technical possibilities of using sludge for the design of mixtures and use in road construction for the installation of new coatings and emergency repairs under the condition of the formation of defects are considered.
