Abstract
The architectural design, urbanization, land use planning of large metropolises is a serious problem with which the actors of urban planning are confronted. African megalopolises are the most affected by this problem. We worked on the city of Kinshasa (D.R.CONGO) with its population boom to over 18 million inhabitants. The city being centralized, we opted for decentralization and resulted in the design of a secondary city center algorithm.
