Abstract
В данной работе отражена проблема использования медико-технических средств для лечения и профилактики заболеваний суставов конечностей и позвоночного столба человека, приведены схема конструкции ударно-волнового генератора и описание принципа его действия, отмечено, что достоинством приведенной конструкции генератора ударно-волновых импульсов является низкая амплитуда полуволны отрицательного давления из-за исключения неравномерности магнитного поля.

This paper reflects the problem of using medical and technical means for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the joints of the extremities and the spinal column of a person, provides a diagram of the design of a shock wave generator and a description of the principle of its operation, it is noted that the advantage of the given design of a shock wave pulse generator is a low amplitude of a half-wave of negative pressure due to the exclusion of the unevenness of the magnetic field.
