Market value of the young growing enterprises can be significantly higher than their asset value, since there is a synergistic effect of three components: the ownership of the company’s assets (freehold interest in the property), the right to use assets and entrepreneurial skills of initiative top managers. The proposed business value assessment method is relevant in obtaining loans for high-yield investment projects and enterprise development programmes.
