Abstract
In this paper we described the question of training of engineers based on the logistics approach. It is proposed to consider the educational process from three different positions of his influence on collective self-organization. It is shown that the inclusion of
these particular mechanisms gives the expected synergies from the learning process. Proposed CASE-model of the educational process, including the structural elements of a training system and aimed at the harmonious combination of interests of the administration, faculty and students. The work is mainly of interest of specialists of teaching logistics.
