Abstract
Статья посвящена проблеме изучения соответствия детских игровых площадок требованиям безопасности и потребностям населения. В публикации описаны результаты анализа технического состояния детских игровых площадок новостроек города Минска, оценено их соответствие современным требованиям, произведены расчёты их сметной стоимости. Также проанализирована структура сметной стоимости строительства рассматриваемых объектов и выделены проблемы оптимизации затрат.

The article is devoted to the problem of studying the compliance of children's playgrounds with safety requirements and the needs of the population. The publication describes the results of the analysis of the technical condition of children's playgrounds of new buildings in Minsk, assesses their compliance with modern requirements, and calculates their estimated cost. The structure of the estimated cost of construction of the objects under consideration is also analyzed and the problems of cost optimization are highlighted.
