Features of the process of architectural conversion of buildings
Abstract
В данной статье авторами рассмотрены понятия «Архитектурное перепрофилирование зданий» и «Редевелопмент», выявлена актуальность проблемы. Рассмотрены основные причины появления и необходимости проведения данного процесса, а также процедура изменения функции строительных объектов, приведены примеры существующего зарубежного и отечественного опыта перепрофилирования общественных и промышленных зданий в жилые.

In this article, the authors considered the concepts of architectural reprofiling of buildings and redevelopment, identified the urgency of the problem. The main reasons for the emergence and necessity of re-profiling process, as well as the procedure for changing the function of buildings, were reviewed. The paper provides examples of the existing foreign and domestic experience of converting public and industrial buildings into residential ones.
