This article examines the components of the SERVQUAL model for logistics management. It argues that the concepts of tangible assets, reliability, efficiency, guarantee, and empathy on the part of a logistics company significantly influence the level of logistics service. A SERVQUAL assessment system using technological indicators is proposed.
