Project planning process in the electric power industry
Abstract
Предметом данного исследования является система планирования энергетического предприятия. Главной задачей электроэнергетики является обеспечение потребностей экономики и населения в гарантированном и стабильном снабжении электроэнергией. Для создания проектов в сфере электроэнергетики, необходимо составить план инвестиционного проекта. Планирование ключевой процесс управления проектами, который обусловливает его успех. Цель исследования состоит в диагностике реализации плана энергосетевой компании, а также мероприятия по увеличению процента его выполнения. Результатом исследования является внесение коррективов в инвестиционный проект электроэнергетического предприятия.

The main task of the electric power industry is to meet the needs of the economy and the population in a guaranteed and stable supply of electricity. To create projects in the field of electric power, it is necessary to draw up an investment project plan. Planning is necessary to adjust the goals and objectives of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to diagnose the implementation of the plan of the power grid company, as well as measures to increase the percentage of its implementation. The subject of this study is the planning system of an energy enterprise. The result of the study is the introduction of adjustments to the investment project of an electric power company.
