Abstract
Одной из наиболее актуальных проблем современной диагностики является максимально достоверное измерение временных параметров исследуемых сигналов в том числе в условиях нестабильности самих формируемых сигналов. С учетом современных технических возможностей погрешность от нестабильности некоторых исходных параметров существенно влияет на точность результата. По этому основной целью данной работы является разработка метода измерения временных интервалов исследуемых временных процессов, существенно уменьшающего погрешность, связанную с нестабильностью задающих частот.

One of the most pressing problems of modern diagnostics is the maximally reliable measurement of the time parameters of the signals under study, including under conditions of instability of the generated signals themselves. Taking into account modern technical capabilities, the error from the instability of some initial parameters significantly affects the accuracy of the result. Therefore, the main goal of this work is to develop a method for measuring the time intervals of the studied time processes, which significantly reduces the error associated with the instability of the driving frequencies.
