dc.description.abstractПредставлен краткий анализ опыта применения Европейских норм по проектированию железобетонных конструкций EN 1992-1-1 как в международной, так и в национальной практике. Показаны преимущества и недостатки интернализации в разработке нормативных документов разных стран. Рассмотрены основные принципы, положенные в основу разработки Еврокодов второго поколения, а также основные направления совершенствования нормативных документов по проектированию железобетонных конструкций. Показано, что одной из основных задач на ближайшую перспективу следует считать сохранение и совершенствование с учетом международных достижений национальных норм.ru

local.description.annotationThe article presents a brief analysis of the experience of application of European standards for the design of reinforced concrete structures EN 1992-1 in both international and national practice. The advantages and disadvantages of internalization in the development of normative documents of different countries are shown. The basic principles underlying the development of Eurocodes of the second generation, as well as the main directions of improvement of normative documents on the design of reinforced concrete structures are considered. It is shown that one of the main tasks in the near future should be considered the preservation and improvement, taking into account the international achievements of national standards.ru
