Abstract
Приведен анализ существующих организационных структур как составляющих системы коммуникаций в рамках СМК. В процессе перехода промышленности к проектной форме организации работ, предлагается вводить в организационные структуры дополнительное звено, отвечающее за оперативную координацию как процессами, так и ресурсами. Рассмотрены варианты организации такого рода звена. Определены основные задачи: оптимизация существующих бизнес-процессов и разработка новых с целью экономии ресурсов и повышения результативности деятельности организации.

The article presents an analysis of existing organizational structures as components of the communications system within the QMS. In the process of industry's transition to a project-based form of work organization, it is proposed to introduce an additional link into organizational structures responsible for operational coordination of both processes and resources. Options for organizing such a link are considered. The main tasks are defined: optimization of existing business processes and development of new ones in order to save resources and improve the organization's performance.
