Abstract
Работа посвящена совершенствованию формирования статей затрат стоимости строи- тельной продукции в составе сметной документации. Изменение подходов к группировке затрат стоимости строительных работ по каждому виду работ позволит формировать стоимость строительства объектов с учетом косвенных затрат и уже при составлении локальных смет видеть полную стоимость каждого вида работ, оценивать его удельный вес в общем объеме инвестиций, более точно планировать и учитывать стоимость выполнения строительных работ.

The article is devoted to the improvement of the price building system on construction products in the estimate documentation. The change of approaches to construction costs grouping for each set of works will help to form the cost of construction including indirect costs. And thus at the stage of forming the local estimates it will become possible to establish the full cost of each set of works, to evaluate its proportion in total investments and to plan more accurately the total cost of the construction work.
