Investigation of the structural stability of a hierarchical system
Abstract
У фінансава-эканамічнай макрасістэме змешваюцца розныя іерархічныя структуры: функцыянальныя, галіновыя, тэрытарыяльныя. Яе іерархічная канструкцыя мае магчымасць быць выдатнай ад іерархічнай структуры арганізацыі – сегмента мікраўзроўню. Сацыяльна-эканамічная абароненасць самага найвышэйшага значэння іерархіі – гэта масіў крытэрыяў і момантаў, якія забяспечваюць свабоду эканомікі краіны, яе трываласць і стабільнасць, дзеяздольнасць да нязменнага абнаўлення і самаўдасканалення. Сацыяльна-эканамічная абароненасць усякай краіны – важная высакаякасная рыса фінансава-эканамічнай сістэмы дзяржавы, якая вызначае яе дзеяздольнасць падтрымліваць звычайныя абставіны жыццядзейнасці насельніцтва, гарантаваць забеспячэнне рэсурсамі станаўленне эканомікі, і, акрамя гэтага, забяспечваць нацыянальна-дзяржаўныя інтарэсы.

In the financial and economic macro-system, various hierarchical structures are mixed: functional, sectoral, territorial. Its hierarchical structure has the possibility to be different from the hierarchical structure of the organization-a micro-level segment. Socio-economic security of the highest hierarchy value is an array of criteria and moments that ensure the freedom of the country's economy, its strength and stability, its capacity for constant renewal and self-improvement. The socio-economic security of any country is an important high-quality feature of the financial and economic system of the state, which determines its ability to support the ordinary circumstances of the life of the population, to guarantee the provision of resources for the formation of the economy, and, in addition, to ensure national and state interests.
