Abstract
В статье рассмотрена роль управления развитием производства предприятий топливно-энергетического комплекса, показана его специфика. Приведены сущность, цели и задачи управления развитием производства. Определены функции предприятия, исходя из его жизненного цикла. Рассмотрены составляющие механизма управления развитием. Дана характеристика функций управления, выделяемых по подсистемам, и определена необходимость комплексной реализации всех этих функций в целях эффективного управления развитием производства.

The article examines the role of production development management at enterprises in the fuel and energy complex and shows its specificity. The essence, goals and objectives of production development management are presented. The functions of the enterprise are defined based on its life cycle. The components of the development management mechanism are considered. The characteristics of the management functions allocated by subsystems are given and the need for a comprehensive implementation of all these functions for the purpose of effective production development management is determined.
