Abstract
The article presents a variant of quality control of rock mass fragmentation and reduction of seismic effect of explosion (hazardous zone boundaries) based on the application of electronic initiation system "Nefrit" (EIS "Nefrit") for production of mass explosions in quarries. The effect of application of EIS "Nefrit" is provided by reducing the cost for excavation and transportation of rock mass from the quarry to the plant and increasing the volume of marketable products with reduction in the amount of waste (sifting) after crushing.
