Abstract
In the modern world, bank websites play a key role in attracting and retaining customers by providing access to online services and creating a positive image. This report presents an analysis of the websites of five leading banks in Belarus: Belarusbank, MTBank, Alfa-Bank, Priorbank and BelinWestbank.
