Abstract
The article reveals the features of the tools of the system of stabilization measures for anti-crisis management aimed at the withdrawal of the enterprise from the crisis financial condition. The concept of restructuring and the purpose of its application in crisis management are considered. The concept of reorganization of the enterprise, the main forms and features of the reorganization in the standard conditions of preventing the declaration of bankruptcy of the enterprise are considered.
