dc.description.abstractВ статье раскрываются особенности методологии исследования взаимосвязи теории трудовой мотивации и динамики трудовых отношений. Показаны факторы, обусловливающие этот процесс. Сделан вывод, что от эволюции трудовых отношений, в состав которых входят и мотивы к труду, меняется объект теории трудовой мотивации. Зависимость динамики трудовых отношений от теории трудовой мотивации носит вероятностный, синергетический характер.ru
