| dc.description.abstract | Жесткое противостояние между верхами и низами английского общества проявилось и во взаимоотношениях государства и тред-юнионизма в ХIХ в. Первоначально в ранний период формирования профсоюзного движения государство запретило рабочие коалиции. Затем под напором радикального рабочего движения вынуждено было их разрешить. Цеховой юнионизм, объединенный в Британский конгресс тред-юнионов (БКТ), защищая экономические интересы своих членов, разработал программу легализации профсоюзов. Борьба за ее выполнение увенчалась принятием законов 1871 и 1875 гг., определивших правовое положение тред-юнионов. | ru |

| local.description.annotation | The cruel opposition between the highest and lower classes of the English society became apparent in the interaction between the state and trade unionism at the XIX century. At the first time in the early period of the making of trade unionism movement the English state rejected the labor coalitions. Then under the pressure of radical labor movement the state permitted the labor coalitions. The shop unionism, united in the British Trade Union Congress (TUC), defending the economic interests of their members, put forward the legalization of trade unions program. The Bills of 1871 and 1875 years became results of the struggle for realization of this program. These Bills determined the legal status of trade unions. | en |
