The article considers the problem of coherent interaction of the main participants in the construction Investigated of interaction of participants of investment construction process in the Brest region, the main reasons for non-compliance with construction deadlines. It is revealed that in modern conditions the choice and justification of the organizational structure of the regional building complex, the effectiveness is determined more by reliability and clarity of production relations between structural units, which largely depends on the coordination of economic interests of participants of construction, the complexity of the control system.
