Abstract
Исследователями представлены предложения по созданию в проектных организациях службы маркетинга, выполняющей функции, связанные с поиском, анализом и оценкой запрашиваемых услуг на разработку проектных работ по строительству, реконструкции объектов капитального строительства. Подобная организационная и управляющая структура предприятия будет способствовать эффективности ее продвижения на рынке строительных услуг по проектным работам в Российской Федерации.

The researchers presented proposals for the creation of a marketing service in design organizations that performs functions related to the search, analysis and evaluation of requested services for the development of design works on construction and reconstruction of capital construction facilities. Such an organizational and management structure of the enterprise will contribute to the effectiveness of promotion in the market of construction services for design work in the Russian Federation.
