Беларусь как часть проекта Экономический Пояс Шёлкового пути: возможные проблемы и перспективы

Abstract

Nowadays the center of international trade is drawing to Asia, namely to China, India and South-East Asia, and the idea of renewal of the ancient trade routes in Eurasia has appeared. It is determined by the slowing down of economic growth in China and the necessity of new stimulus for further development of Chinese economy. The countries of The Eurasian Economic Union have already joined the project as a result opening up new opportunities for Belarus which is located in the center of Europe and have always been the bridge between the European Union and Russia. Today, when China is the number one world economy and the relations between Belarus and China are in their forefront, the participation of Belarus in the project of the New Silk Road is proved by the government and is expected to be mutually favorable.
