Development of the principles of multilevel education and competence-based approach in the training of personnel for light industry
Abstract
Современный уровень развития техники и технологий приводит к появлению новых профессий, изменению требований рынка труда к квалификации будущих выпускников, что особенно актуально применительно к будущим специалистам в стратегических по значимости отраслях промышленности. На примере подготовки кадров для легкой промышленности автором описываются актуальные требования рынка труда к будущим отраслевым специалистам со стороны работодателей, описываются особенности рынка предприятий легкой промышленно-сти. Подробно рассматриваются вопросы многоуровневой подготовки кадров с учетом реализации компетентностного подхода в рамках программ дополнительного профессионального образования. Раскрыто содержание организационно управленческих компетенций, которые необходимо освоить будущим специалистам в контексте управления малым предприятием легкой промышленности. В заключении автор формулирует новые задачи программ дополнительного профессионального образования в контексте многоуровневой подготовки отраслевых кадров.

The current level of technology and technology development leads to the emergence of new pro-fessions, changes in the labor market requirements for the qualifications of future graduates, which is especially relevant for future specialists in strategic industries. Using the example of personnel training for light industry, the author describes the current requirements of the labor market for future industry specialists from employers, describes the features of the market of light industry enterprises. The issues of multilevel personnel training are considered in detail, taking into account the implementation of the competence approach within the framework of additional professional education programs. The content of organizational and managerial competencies that future specialists need to master in the context of managing a small light industry enterprise is disclosed. In conclusion, the author formulates new tasks of additional professional education programs in the context of multi-level training of industry person-nel.
