Abstract
Анализируются стратегические подходы к устранению дефицита преподавателей права в новых регионах РФ путем внедрения многоуровневых юридических классов. Рассмотрены факторы дефицита, этапы реализации и интеграция с ФГОС. Подчеркнута роль классов в подготовке кадров, социальной адаптации и правовом просвещении. Предложены рекомендации по масштабированию программы для устойчивого развития образования в постконфликтных территориях.

The article analyzes strategic approaches to addressing the shortage of law teachers in the new regions of the Russian Federation by introducing multi-level law classes. It examines the factors of the short-age, the stages of implementation, and integration with the Federal State Educational Standard. The article highlights the role of classes in training personnel, social adaptation, and legal education. The article also provides recommendations for scaling up the program for sustainable educa-tion development in post-conflict territories
