Abstract
Рассматриваются теоретические основы формирования традиционного ливанского жилища и процессы его трансформации; анализируются архитектурно-планировочные решения, строительные и отделочные материалы. Выделены традиционные решения, которые рекомендуется использовать при восстановлении разрушенных зданий и их реконструкции.

The theoretical foundations of the formation of the traditional Lebanese residential buildings and the processes of its transformation are considered; architectural planning solutions, building and finishing materials are analyzed. The traditional solutions are highlighted, which are recommended to be used in the restoration of destroyed buildings and their reconstruction.
