Rationale for formation of integrated construction management structures in the region
Abstract
Разработана концептуальная модель комплексного обоснования формирования интегрированных структур управления строительством с учетом структурообразующих факторов развития строительных предприятий в регионе. Предложенная концепция, заключающаяся в анализе органической взаимосвязи трех подсистем (технологии строительного производства, рыночного механизма хозяйствования и системы управления) определяет комплексный подход к обоснованию формирования интегрированных структур управления с учетом отраслевых и региональных особенностей. Обоснование формирования интегрированных структур управления с использованием двух методических подходов информационно-логического и экономико-математического моделирования позволяет наиболее полно учитывать конкретные особенности рассматриваемых систем и повышает научную обоснованность рекомендаций.

A conceptual model has been developed for a comprehensive substantiation of the formation of integrated structures for construction management, taking into account the structure-forming factors of the development of construction enterprises in the region. The proposed concept, which consists in analyzing the organic relationship of three subsystems (construction production technology, the market mechanism of management and the management system), determines an integrated approach to justifying the formation of integrated management structures, taking into account industry and regional characteristics. Justification of the formation of integrated management structures using two methodological approaches of information-logical and economic-mathematical modeling allows the most complete consideration of the specific features of the systems under consideration and increases the scientific validity of the recommendations.
