Abstract
Protection of intellectual property rights in the common customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union is provided by a complex mechanism of international and national legal regulation. The modern strategy of customs regulation within the framework of the Eurasian economic Union is developed on the planned strategy of customs Affairs and is based on the material and financial capabilities of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union.
