Abstract
В статье рассматриваются ключевые моменты цифровой реорганизации производственных предприятий Республики Беларусь с акцентом на инновации. Исследование направлено на выявление проблем, связанных с внедрением цифровых технологий и предложение решений для повышения эффективности предприятий. В статье анализируются основные этапы цифровой реорганизации, барьеры на пути её реализации. Предлагаются стратегии для успешного внедрения цифровизации. Особое внимание уделяется инновационным технологиям, которые могут быть использованы производственными предприятиями Беларуси в условиях цифровой экономики.

This article examines key aspects of the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in the Republic of Belarus, with a focus on innovation. The study aims to identify challenges associated with the implementation of digital technologies and propose solutions to improve enterprise efficiency. The article analyzes the main stages of digital transformation and the barriers to its implementation. Strategies for the successful implementation of digitalization are proposed. Particular attention is paid to innovative technologies that can be used by Belarusian manufacturing enterprises in the context of the digital economy.
