Applicability of the results of certification of workplaces on working conditions at OJSC «BSW – Management Company of Holding «BMС»
Abstract
Актуальность проведения аттестации рабочих мест по условиям труда на предприятии. Цели проведения аттестации. Функции аттестационной комиссии. Перечень рабочих мест, подлежащих аттестации. Гарантии, предоставляемые работникам по результатам аттестации рабочих мест. Анализ результатов аттестации рабочих мест по условиям труда. Применение результатов аттестации. Обосновывается актуальность проведения аттестации рабочих мест по условиям труда и по результатам проведенной аттестации наниматель определяет условия труда на конкретном рабочем месте, разрабатывает план мероприятий по их улучшению. Только по результатам аттестации можно сказать, имеет ли право работник на пенсию по возрасту за работу с особыми условиями труда, дополнительный отпуск за работу с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда, сокращенную продолжительность рабочего времени, оплату труда в повышенном размере путем установления доплат за работу с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда, аттестация устанавливает обязанности нанимателя по профессиональному пенсионному страхованию работников.
