Abstract
В статье рассмотрена роль строительного комплекса в обеспечении устойчивого развития городов Узбекистана. Проведен анализ динамики ввода жилья и инвестиций в основной капитал по регионам страны за 2020-2024 годы, выявлены ключевые тенденции и региональные различия. Обоснована взаимосвязь между развитием строительной отрасли, уровнем урбанизации и комфортностью городской среды. Показано, что повышение эффективности государственного регулирования строительного комплекса способствует реализации целей устойчивого развития и улучшению качества жизни населения.

The article examines the role of the construction sector in ensuring the sustainable development of cities in Uzbekistan. The analysis of the dynamics of housing commissioning and investments in fixed capital across the regions of the country for 2020-2024 has been carried out, revealing key trends and regional differences. The relationship between the development of the construction industry, the level of urbanization, and the comfort of the urban environment has been substantiated. It is shown that improving the efficiency of state regulation in the construction sector contributes to achieving the goals of sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life of the population.
