Abstract
В статье приведены методики расчета осадки свайных фундаментов с несущими ростверками, учитывающие рассеивание напряжений под подошвой ростверка в межсвайном пространстве. Внедрение разработанных методик позволило сократить стоимость фундаментов до 50 %.

This article presents the methods o f calculating the piled-raft foundations settlement taking into account stress dissipation in interpile space beneath the raft base. Application o f the developed methods allowed reducing the cost o f piled-raft foundation up to 50 %.
