Abstract
The article describes the role of technology parks in development of innovation activity and entrepreneurship at the level of countries, regions and territories. A technology park is considered as an integral element of the innovative environment of university, developing according to the model 3.0, which ensures commercialization of research results and creates conditions for development of high-tech entrepreneurship.
