Abstract
В статье приведена оценка распределения усадочной пористости в металлических композиционных материалах, полученная с помощью виртуальной заливки, осуществленной в программе PoligonSoft. Рассмотрены особенности образования пор в зависимости от температуры нагрева формы и способа заливки. Представлены основные разрушающие и неразрушающие способы диагностики, их возможности и ограничения.

This article presents an assessment of the shrinkage porosity distribution in metal composite materials using virtual casting in PoligonSoft. The characteristics of pore formation depending on the mold heating temperature and casting method are examined. The main destructive and non-destructive diagnostic methods, their capabilities, and limitations are presented.
