Abstract

The article describes the importance of such a method of additional research as an expanded coagulogram. Four groups of patients were identified, depending on their general somatic status and the drugs they took. During the research, indicators such as INR, APTT, Kviki's prothrombin level, plasma fibrinogen levels and the presence of lupus anticoagulant were evaluated. On the basis of the data obtained, a high probability of bleeding development during and after surgery was found in the first groups of patients taking Warfarin and suffering from diseases associated with vitamin K deficiency dependent coagulation factors, increased blood clotting was observed in the group of pregnant patients. In the group of patients receiving estrogen-containing oral contraceptives and those in the first phase of the menstrual cycle at the time of the research, there were no defections in the hemostasis system.
