Abstract
Сметная стоимость строительства в Российской Федерации является основой для определения размера инвестиций, финансирования строительства, формирования договорных цен на строительную продукцию, расчетов за выполненные строительно-монтажные работы, оплаты расходов по приобретению оборудования и доставке его на стройку, а также для возмещения других затрат за счет средств, предусмотренных сводным сметным расчетом и представляет собой сметный лимит средств, превышение которого недопустимо.

Estimated cost of construction in the Russian Federation is the basis for determining the amount of investment, financing construction, formation of contractual prices for construction products, payments for construction and installation works, payment of expenses for the purchase of equipment and its additional cost for construction, as well as for reimbursement of other costs at the expense of the funds provided for in the summary estimate and is an estimated limit of funds, exceeding which is unacceptable.
